I personally didn’t know that porcelain enabled bars kept flare-ups from happening. I also didn’t know that cooking grills had parts that were made of porcelain! Who would have thought? But it’s a great idea to make them made of porcelain. Compared to standard lava rocks and briquettes, the porcelain bars do not burn easily. Weber Genesis E-310 is probably a unique feature to Weber grills. I haven’t heard of outdoor grills having any porcelain parts before and this may be patented exclusively by Weber. This definitely makes Weber grills safer than other grills. Everybody wants to be able to enjoy cooking outdoors without the fear of a fire emergency.
